2019 Electric BMW X5 xDrive 45e Features Announced

The electric version of the X5, which was introduced in June, is now available for the likes of automobile fans. Developed with the new hybrid technology, the Electric BMW X5 xDrive45e now offers better performance and more power.

Under the hood is a 3.0-liter turbo petrol engine with electric unit, 110 hp power with electric motor. The petrol engine is 282 hp. The hybrid unit can produce 389 hp in total. In the case of the old model this figure is 308 bhp. The maximum torque is 450 nm.

In the BMW statement, a new generation of lithium-ion battery packs were also used. This package offers a distance of 80 km. In the previous version only 31 km of road could be driven by electric motor.

TECHNICIAL SPECIFICATIONS

0-100 KM / S SPEED 5.6 SECONDS accessible model, 6.6 seconds in the previous version, this speed could go up. The maximum speed of the vehicle can be 140 km / h when the electric engine is used. The fuel consumption of the vehicle is 2.1 liters per 100 km.

The model, which has a luggage volume of 150 liters less than the standard X5, is capable of transporting 500 liters of goods. When the seats are lowered, 1726 liters of bulk volume is opened.

The BMW X5 xDrive45e is scheduled to go on the market next year.
